Peace

Hello there!

Happy Saturday!

This is my last blog post with Dynamic Duos :(  I'm going to miss hanging out with all these wonderful ladies!!! Thanks again Lesley, for inviting me this month! I had a blast!
Now onto the challenge...

I chose to use red and gold....

All cardstock is from Papertrey Ink. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The ornament stamp and poinsettia stamps are Heartfelt Creations. I used coordinating dies from Spellbinders.

The sentiment stamp and black ink are Hero Arts. I used a tag punch from Fiskars. The bakers twine is from the twinery, the rustic twine is PTI.

I embossed the ornament with gold embossing powder from Recollections. I added perfect pearls to the ornament. The gems are Recollections. I colored the poinsettia with warm red chalk ink from Color Box and a water brush.

All the inks are Color Box ( boysenberry, sweet melon, orange and chestnut roan).  The cardstock, all stamps and button are from Papertrey Ink.










The butterfly die is from Memory Box and the glitter cardstock is from Recollections.

Here is what I created for the challenge...
I used pattern papers from American Crafts and My Mind's Eye. Spellbinders Dies were used for the labels. I used black ink from Hero Arts and Milled lavander distress ink.

The stamps are from Sweet and Sassy Stamps. I used Copic markers in Y21, Y23, E51, RV21, RV23, N3, V17. I embossed the labels with an embossing plate from Papertrey Ink. The gems and flower are from Recollections. The ribbon is from Michaels. The button is from PTI.

Dynamic Duos

Good morning!

Happy Saturday!
So let's start off with a new challenge from Dynamic Duos...

Here is what I created

I used stamps from Heartfelt Creations. The inks I used are ripe avocado from Papertrey Ink and moss green from ColorBox. The white cardstock and button is from PTI.  Mocha layering paper is from Hero Arts.
The snowflake punch is from Martha Stewart. I used vellum paper from Bazzill. The hemp cord is from Hemptique. The gem and pearls are from Michaels.

Some cards...some challenges

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend with some lovely weather!

I really need to apologize to all my creative friends here in blogland....I have been neglecting you and I am truly sorry for that! I am finally use to the different school schedules : drop off, pick up, lunch duty, soccer...whew! So, I'll be coming around to your neck of the woods soon to drool over your beautiful creations!!! Onto the cards I want to share with you...
This first card is for The Ribbon Reel  Challenge Blog... use colors in photo, chevrons and ribbons.
                                                          Can we say 'GOR-JOUS'!!!!

Here is my  card...
I embossed the white cardstock with gold embossing powder. The smaller snowflake stamps and sentiment are from Hero Arts, the larger snowflake is Waltzingmouse. Black ink is Hero Arts.











The pattern papers are from My Mind's Eye, except chevron pattern, that is from American Crafts. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The ribbon is from Michaels, the lace is Webster's Pages. The leaves are Prima. The pearl pins are from Joanns, the crystal pin is Maya Road. Cardstock is Papertrey Ink.

My next card is for Colour Q ....

here is what I created ...

I had the hardest time matching 'razzleberry'. In the end, this is the closest I could get. The cardstock and buttons are from Papertrey Ink. The stamps and dies are from Clear and Simple Stamps. I used Copic markers to color the candies. The labels die is Spellbinders. The polka dot pattern paper is digital from Two peas in a Bucket.










I am also entering this into Moxie Fab , the movement challenge.

Dream

Hello again!!!

Hope all is well!

I just want to share with you what I created for The Shabby Tea Room ...

Here is my card...

The background pattern paper is from Simple Stories.  The hydrangea stamp is from Hero Arts. The background script stamp is Heartfelt Creations.  The buttons and twine are from Papertrey Ink.

I used Spellbinders dies and spun sugar distress ink. I colored the hydrangea with Copic markers YG11, E51 and RV02. I also used Hero Arts soft brown shadow ink. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Recollections. The velvet trim is from Flourishes. The green ribbon is from Michaels. The alphabet stickers are Making Memories.

The crinkle ribbon is from Etsy. The leaf pins are Maya Road. The butterfly die is Stampin' Up! pearls are Recollections. I added some perfect pearls to the flower centers.

Celebrate....Believe

Hello my friends!

How are you doing?  I'm yawning as I am typing, so please forgive me if this post does not make sense.

I have a few cards for a few challenges I want to share with you...

For my first card, I am playing along with Colour Q













I used cardstock and buttons from Papertrey Ink. The doily stamps and sentiment are from W Plus 9 Stamps. I used melon berry ink from PTI, warm red and rouge chalk ink from Color Box and curry ink from Color Box. Black ink is from Hero Arts.







For my second card, I used the sketch from Waltzingmouse ...

and here is what I created...

All stamps are from Waltzingmouse. Cardstock, twine and buttons are from Papertrey Ink. I used victorian velvet and pumice stone distress inks.










The crochet trim and pearls are from Recollections. I must say...this stamp set, Sewing Box Christmas has become my new favorite! If you don't have it, you must get it!!!

I want to share with you this weeks challenge for Dynamic Duos ... here is the color combo

Here is what I created...

For this card, all cardstock is from Papertrey Ink. The leaf stamps, dies and sentiment are alsp PTI. The chicken wire Background stamps is from Waltzingmouse Stamps.










I used black ink from Hero Arts and crushed olive distress ink and ripe avocado ink from PTI. The lace is from Flourishes. The ribbon and bells are from Michaels. The gems are from Recollections.

Christmas Wishes

Hello there!

I want to share with you what I created with the sketch from Waltzingmouse ...
I just received the stamp set Sewing Box- Christams and I couldn't wait to use it!

The pattern papers are from My Mind's Eye. The cardstock are from Papertrey Ink and Bazzil. I used Color Box ink in evergreen and scarlet. The black ink is Hero Arts.











The dies are deom Spellbinders and the twine is from PTI. The pearls and gems are Recollections. I added some straight stitches to finish it off.

Dreams...

Hi all!

How is it going? I am enjoying my time of liesure while the darlings are at school!

So I would like to share a card I made using the inspiration photo from

The Shabby Tea Room....

The challenge this week is to use the lovely colors in the photo along with lace,fabric and a button.

Here is what I created...


I used pattern papers from Pink Paisley and My mind's Eye. Cardstock and vellum, stamps, buttons and twine are from Papertrey Ink.

I used Sizzix tattered flowers die to make the flower. I added some layers of tulle to add some shabbiness.

Imade some paper ruffles and inked the edges up with Hero Arts soft stone shadow ink.  The crochet trim  are from Michaels and Flourishes.

The chipboard frame is Tattered Angels. I stamped the sentiment in chestnut roan chalk ink from Color Box.  The little heart was cut from some linen material I had laying around.
